Sometimes banks change their security questions and that can cause the account to not connect properly.
1. Please log in to your bank account at your bank online to confirm your credentials (username and password) are current and any bank security questions are up to date.
2. Once you have confirmed that your banking username and password are up to date, you will need to re-enter your online banking credentials from your EARN account homepage.
3. Click on "profile" and select "Link bank account" to reconnect your bank account.
If you still cannot relink your bank account, you may need to contact your bank.
