1.a. If you have just signed up with an EARN account, you will see this screen. Click on "Find my bank."
1.b. If you signed up before and are just logging on, click on "Profile" and select "Link Bank Account."
2. You will see a list of compatible banks.
Compatible banks and credit unions for this program include Ally, Bank of America, BB&T, BBVA, Capital One 360, Chase, Citi Bank, Navy Federal, PNC, Simple, SunTrust, TD Bank, USAA, US Bank, Wells Fargo.
In this example, the member has chosen Citi Bank. A pop up will appear asking for your bank account username and password. Enter your up-to-date logon information and click "Submit."
3. If your bank successfully links you will see a confirmation message with your bank name, the last 4 digits of your account, and the date that you linked.
This first link date is the beginning of Month 1 of your program dates.
