When you first link your bank account, you may have accidentally linked a checking account.
1. If your replacement savings account is at the same bank, we can help. Please contact Member Support with the last 4 digits of the old account, and we can unlink it for you. Then you will be able to go back in to your EARN account and relink your new savings account. Unfortunately we may not be able to keep any rewards you have earned so far.
2. If your replacement bank account is at a different bank, please contact Member Support.
